- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 ½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup quick oats (certified gluten-free if needed)
- 1-2 scoops protein powder (optional)
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, gradually add more water until you reach your preferred consistency.
Enjoy your smoothie right away, or cover and store it in the fridge for up to 6 hours.
Milk alternatives: While almond milk is my go-to, feel free to experiment with different kinds of milk. Homemade hemp milk is a nutritious and delicious alternative!
