frozen raspberries

to 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches
(keep the peels on for extra fiber!)

fresh baby spinach leaves

scoop
gluten-free vanilla protein powder
(optional)
Agave nectar or honey
(optional, especially if not using the protein powder)
Instructions
If your peaches are frozen, pop them into a microwave-safe mug or bowl and microwave for about 20 seconds to soften them slightly.
Add all the ingredients to your blender.
Blend everything together, running the blender for two cycles to ensure a smooth and creamy texture.
Notes
If you decide to skip the vanilla protein powder, you might want to add a bit of sweetener. Agave or honey works well—just adjust to your taste.
