Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (or your favorite non-dairy yogurt)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 to 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches (keep the peels on for extra fiber!)
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 scoop gluten-free vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Agave nectar or honey (optional, especially if not using the protein powder)

Instructions

  • If your peaches are frozen, pop them into a microwave-safe mug or bowl and microwave for about 20 seconds to soften them slightly.
  • Add all the ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend everything together, running the blender for two cycles to ensure a smooth and creamy texture.

Notes

If you decide to skip the vanilla protein powder, you might want to add a bit of sweetener. Agave or honey works well—just adjust to your taste.
